A regular webinar dedicated to Colvir ERP took place on May 22.
Representatives of large Kazakhstan banks took part in the webinar with its topic being Administrative Bulk Order Functionality Extensions. Administrative Bulk Order Data Importation from Excel Files. This functionality is highly relevant to and in great demand by HR department officers who need effective methodologies to manage entity-wide administrative bulk orders.
Colvir ERP users chalk up the convenience of bulk order creation and implementation in the system and the reduction in the time such order handling takes as a result. This is the reason why we do not stop, but keep developing this functionality further. At this point in time, we have completed an upgrade that allows users to load data into an order from Excel files. So far data importation support has been implemented for orders with regard to one-off bonuses, to salary assignment, and to overtime work. It has now become possible to define in a single order using a list on what days and at what time an employee has worked overtime. Information with regard to multiple employees may now be entered concurrently into a single bulk order. The bulk order data input and correction interface has also been improved.

Thanks to these upgrades, the process for data input to the System is automated reducing the time customer users spend on routine operations, as well as reducing data input error probability. Experience has demonstrated that the time it takes to input data to bulk orders has been reduced by a factor of almost 5, while the data correction time has been reduced by a factor of 3.
Further Colvir ERP module development is ongoing continuously. Quite soon our customers will have even more opportunities to automate their business processes.
