Colvir Software Solutions Holds a Business Brunch for Kazakhstan Banks

On April 18, 2024, Almaty, Kazakhstan, hosted a business brunch with its topic being Colvir ERP — a Product Designed to Automate the Administrative Activities of Banks and Postal Services. Advantages, Cases, Further Development. It was organized by the largest vendor of IT solutions in the banking industry of Kazakhstan with its products being used by the country’s 15 financial institutions. The event gathered representatives of the largest banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan and finance industry experts.

As part of the business brunch itinerary, the participants got to know the history of ERP system development and that of Colvir ERP evolvement, learned about the interaction between the ERP and Core Banking systems, got information about new features of the Payroll 2.0, Civil Law Contract and HR modules, were the first to learn about Colvir ERP further development plans up to 2026.

As a Colvir CBS analyst, the scope of my tasks includes supporting the System and providing assistance to business units, especially to Accounting Department employees. What makes Colvir ERP user-friendly is the fact that all information in the System is easy-to-view, readily available and inter-related. And further System development makes jobs performed by employees of the Bank easier to do and more effective.

One of the key events of the meeting was the presentation made by representatives of Center Credit Bank. The CCB team presented the case of the Colvir ERP Payroll 2.0 module implementation, and HR module upgrade. Payroll 2.0 is a state-of-the-art technology-savvy solution from Colvir Software Solutions that speeds up severalfold the company employee payroll calculation process, ensures transaction precision and transparency, and takes care of operational accounting for changes in employee working hours.

We find this event extremely pertinent as we are responsible for performing Bank HR management operations using the Colvir ERP HR module. The advantage of this system lies in its flexibility. We can always adjust it to the specificity of tasks facing us with some help from out IT department colleagues.
