Colvir Continues Building its International Team and Announces the Results of its Annual Employee Survey

During the first months of 2022 Colvir Software Solutions team has been joined by 49 new employees: programmers, developers, analysts, technical support managers, etc. The hiring dynamics have demonstrated a significant growth as compared with the same period in 2021 — this is linked to the launching of new Colvir product implementation projects. For example, almost half the actual vacancies is accounted for by Uzbekistan – a market that the company entered in 2020, and is now implementing a number of projects with the country’s banks.

The 2020-2022 dynamics demonstrate a reduction in the employee churn and an increase in the Employee Net Promoter Score index: we interview all employees who leave the company asking them whether they would be willing to recommend the company as an employer to people they know. This year the proportion of Colvir promoters has reached 61%, while the proportion of its critics came down to 7%.

Since 2019 the Colvir production department has been surveying employee involvement in the company activities. Such a survey has been conducted for all staff members. The overall involvement level was assessed at 74%. The organizational and emotional components were found to be the highest. The first one (80%) indicates the feeling of belonging with regard to the company, its products and results achieved, while the second (72%) shows feelings and emotional states while on the job.

Over 90% of survey participants have a clear understanding of their referral tasks, are confident of the quality of their colleagues’ performance, have access to information that they need to fulfill their job duties. Colvir employees consider as the biggest strengths of the company its highly professional team, support of teleworking options, availability of offices in CIS countries and growth opportunities offered by the company.

A further indirect proof of the involvement of Colvir staff is offered by the large number of employees keen to undergo additional job-specific training — e.g. the existence of a waiting list for the Java and Python courses. A third Bootcamp Python round was launched in April, and a total of 6 groups of Colvir employees are currently learning some programming languages.
