Management of job applicants and candidates for the entity’s vacancies. Applicant file maintenance. Applicant-related event scheduling and tracking.
Employee Record Management
Maintenance of personal details of entity employees, and ensuring their up-to-date status. An employee record should always provide up-to-date information with regard to employment terms, assigned salary, any salary increments, any job changes, any interim acting appointments, disciplinary record, if any, work schedule details, information with regard to any disabilities, pension entitlement, and a lot more.
Staff Schedule

Recording of Personnel Changes
Hiring paperwork perfection, documentation of staff provisioning and on-the-job support, controlling staff movements (relocation, transfer) and staff termination. Staff work schedule management, time-sheet accounting, piece work accounting, time-sheet creation and approval (principle and adjustment).
Staff Training
Drawing up personnel education, training/retraining plans, and monitoring their execution. Training contract management, keeping track of funds owned by employees for training received.
